There is a conference-style room and there is a classroom-style room located on the 2nd floor of the library. Both rooms can be reserved for club meetings, classroom instruction, community meetings, etc. Computers, screens, and wireless interactive projectors are available in both rooms.

Please follow the steps to submit a request to reserve a room. You will receive a confirmation email once your room reservation has been finalized...
Open the web version of Outlook
On colored ribbon at top of page, at far left, is a group of squares within a square
Click on the square and select “Calendar”
After the calendar has opened, select “new”
A New Event window should open
Fill in event name, select start and end date of event, start time, end time of event from dropdowns.
Select “Add a Room”:  and choose the building you wish to book.
After you select a building, you will be shown which rooms are available on the date and time that you selected
Note that the STC Great Room is booked though Conference and Events (x7566)
After you have chosen a room, select “Send”. You should receive a tentative approval immediately and confirmed approval soon after.
